Comprehensive Press Center is fully operational before the opening of the show to ensure the dissemination of information to the international media, exhibitors, and interested visitors. Agro Expo hosted more than 3000 editors, journalists and photographers from all over China and round the world, covering the trade, national and international press, radio, and satellite television. Facilities for the press include a working room equipped with comprehensive telephone and fax line, press conferences and interview/photo opportunities, access to a video editing suite and of course up to the minute show information. For the exhibitor the Press Center offers the opportunity to reach the ear of agricultural media. Press literature racks are available for hire for the duration of the show, these racks allow the national and world's media access to your important press releases and corporate information. Two fully equipped, air conditioned conference rooms are available for hire for press conference or presentations. Each room seats a maximum of 120 people, affording conference organizers the perfect opportunity to reach their selected media audience. In addition to the above, we offer a host of additional marketing attractions: "Expo Press" notice board, advertising space in the trade catalogue or official program; a page on Agro Expo on-line internet service; on-site poster advertising; advertising slots on Agro Expo television and radio. Exhibitors are also invited to provide information for inclusion in the daily commentary.
